THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS !

ORDERING : I do not have a retail store nor do I travel to encampments as a sutler. Therefore, all business transactions will be by mail order, telephone, or email unless special arrangements are made. I will be happy to meet with you In person If you live In or are going to be in the Detroit Metropolitan area , however consultations are by appointment only. PRICING: Items are priced showing either a "labor only" price, or "complete with materials and buttons". The prices listed for "labor only" includes a cotton lining and interlining, and excludes the main fabric and buttons. The price that is listed as "complete" refers to JUST THE ITEM REFERRED TO. Hats, epaulettes, shirts, neckwear, insignia and other notations of rank (Chevrons, etc.) are priced separately. Please ask for quote. The price can be reduced if you would like to either provide and/or sew on your own buttons. Pricing can differ from the catalogue price when different fabrics or details are used. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. You will be informed of the total labor and material price before your order is begun. Quantity discounts are available for identical, or some similar items. Please inquire regarding the needs for your unit. I accept cash, personal check, or money orders. At this time I can accept credit cards only on-line, via Pay Pal.

FABRICS: Fabrics used for most items are either 100% wool or 85% wool & 15% nylon. "Labor only" prices include 100% Cotton, or Poly-Cotton linings. Linen can be used for an extra charge. Please state your preferences. Pricing is based on machine sewing with finished edges. Please let me know when requesting a quotation if raw edge hemming is desired. For those of you who want the highest level of historical accuracy, hand sewing of all seams, or just the exposed seams, can be done for an extra charge.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: All orders require 50% deposit before the order is begun, with the balance due before delivery. Government Agency Purchase Orders are also accepted. C.O.D. Orders are subject to an extra shipping charge.

DELIVERY: Delivery times can vary due to the time of year, and the number of orders ahead of you. There may be a waiting list. Minimum delivery times are usually 4 - 6 weeks. Everything I do is custom made by me alone to insure your order is to your specifications. I will try to accommodate your reasonable delivery schedule deadlines as much as possible. Please let me know your latest acceptable delivery date - and please try to order early enough to allow sufficient time for delivery. Delivery dates are scheduled upon receipt of your deposit. An extra charge may apply to rush orders. Shipping is via either US Post Office Priority Mall, The United Parcel Service or FedEx. Please state your preference. Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge.
